No. Once you submit your reservation for a room, you will receive an email confirming your room reservation. There is nothing more you need to do for your reservation.
After reserving a study or presentation room, you will receive a confirmation email that has a link to cancel the room reservation. If you save this email, you can cancel the reservation at any time. If you delete the email, you may contact Peter Tomasovitch by email or call her at 928-777-3817 to cancel a reservation.
The Library has twelve group study rooms for group collaboration. All rooms are located on the second floor. Rooms can be reserved online up to 4 weeks in advance. Please call 928-777-3817 or email Peter Tomasovitch with questions regarding room reservations.
The Scan to Email function is available on the 1st and 2nd floor copiers. Scan to email allows you to scan pages into a single or multipage PDF, TIFF, or XPS document and send it to an email address. Once your document(s) arrive in your email, you may save it and print copies as needed. Instructions for using the Scan to Email function are available at each copier. You may also ask for assistance at any of the service desks.

The Testing Center is located on the 2nd floor of the Hazy Library in room 232. Testing takes place Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. During testing times, non-testing students may use a computer as long as they remain quiet. Noisy or disruptive students will be asked to leave.
When not in use, the Testing Center becomes an open computing lab with 8 computers. Four of these are Dell PCs, 2 are MACs, and 2 are Media computers with video/audio editing software and hardware.
Students needing to make-up a test or exam must contact their faculty member regarding arrangements. More information on student and instructor procedures is available on the Testing Center page in ERNIE.
Copy/Scan to Email machines are located on both the first and second floors. The copy function is only available to campus departments using a Department Copy Code. You may also scan-to-email for free, on either floor. Staff at the Checkout Desk (1st floor) or Computer Commons Help Desk (2nd floor) can assist you with copy/scan to email questions.
Parking for ERAU students, faculty, and staff is available next to the Library in Parking Lot G. Enter the ERAU campus from the main entrance (Dan Carrell Drive), go straight ahead to the Visitors Center, and turn right. You will be in Parking Lot G.
Library Collections –
You can request “fun” or even “not fun” books from member libraries of the Yavapai Library Network which include public, school, and college libraries. Search for books, DVDs, and video games using the Library catalog and place a hold on the items. After placing your hold, your item is delivered to the ERAU library where you can check it out using your ERAU ID. If you need assistance in placing holds, check out this guide on how to place holds, stop by the ASK desk, or call us at 928-777-3761. You can also submit a question online to our Librarians.
ERAU students, faculty and staff may request items through Interlibrary Loan (ILL), using one of the ILL Request Forms on the left side of that page. If you think the Hazy Library should purchase a specific title for our collection, please use the Purchase Request Form to submit a purchase suggestion.
